摘要
近年来,电解二氧化锰行业的环保问题日益突出,电解二氧化锰渣的资源化利用一直困扰着有关企业。本文分析了锰渣资源化利用的不利因素和具体途径,并探寻了锰渣规模化、资源化利用的方向。人们可以对锰渣进行预处理,如提高活性、降低水分,并利用水运延伸销售半径,将锰渣作为水泥厂混合材料添加剂,实现锰渣的规模化、资源化利用。
In recent years,environmental protection problems in the electrolytic manganese dioxide industry have become increasingly prominent,and the utilization of electrolytic manganese dioxide slag has been plagued by related enterprises.This paper analyzes the unfavorable factors and specific ways of manganese slag resource utilization,and explores the direction of large-scale and resource utilization of manganese slag.People can pre-treat manganese slag,such as increasing activity,reducing moisture,and use water transportation to extend the sales radius and use manganese slag as a mixed material additive in cement plants to realize the large-scale and resource utilization of manganese slag.
