浅谈国内易腐垃圾生物处置现状、问题与对策 被引量:4

摘要 本文概述了国内主流的5种易腐垃圾生物处置技术(厌氧处理、好氧处理、厌氧-好氧协同处理、厌氧-焚烧协同处理、生物转化)及相关工程案例,对比分析了主要技术的原理、特点与应用情况,并研究了我国在易腐垃圾处理上面临的一些问题,提出了解决措施。分析结果表明,为解决易腐垃圾处置NIMBY效应,应维护公众知情权、参与权、监督权;选择何种易腐垃圾生物处置技术前,应先定导向;对应某种易腐垃圾生物处置技术,应针对性选择环境友好型除臭技术。 This paper outlines five mainstream domestic perishable waste biological treatment technologies and(anaerobic treatment,aerobic treatment,anaerobic-aerobic co-processing,anaerobic-incineration co-processing,biological transformation)related engineering cases,comparatively analyzes the principles,characteristics,and applications of the main technologies,and studies some of the problems China faces in the treatment of perishable waste and proposes solutions.The analysis results show that in order to solve the NIMBY effect of perishable waste disposal,the public’s right to know,participate,and monitor should be maintained;before choosing what kind of perishable waste biological treatment technology,the direction should be first setted;corresponding to a certain perishable waste biological treatment technology,environmentally friendly deodorization technology should be selected.
