摘要
近年来,蜂蜜掺假事件屡屡出现,特别是在蜂蜜中掺入植物糖浆,因其与蜂蜜的组成相似,成为判定真假蜂蜜的一大难题。本研究通过对蜂蜜中植物糖浆掺假检测技术进行综述,以期促进蜂蜜掺假检测技术的进步,规范蜂蜜市场。
In recent years,the adulteration of honey has occurred frequently,especially the adulteration of plant syrup in honey.Because of its similar composition with real honey,it has become a big problem to determine the true and false honey.In this study,the adulteration detection technology of plant syrup in honey in recent years was reviewed,in order to promote the continuous progress of the detection technology of honey adulteration and standardize the honey market.
