摘要
目的:了解2013年以来已批准的新食品原料种类、来源、特性、生产工艺及应用范围,对新食品原料的现状和发展进行分析。方法:通过查阅原国家卫生计生委发布的相关公告和数据库相关文献,对各种新食品原料的性状、应用情况等进行研究、整理、分析和总结。结果:不同种类的新食品资源对人体健康的影响不同,应严格管理新食品原料,进一步做好许可工作。结论:目前需要强化新食品原料管理方案及审批情况,分析关于新食品原料现状和发展前景对人类探索新的食品资源有重大意义。
Objective:To understand the types,sources,characteristics,production processes,and applications of new food materials that have been approved since 2013,and to analyze the status and development of new food materials.Methods:Through consulting relevant announcements published by the National Health and Family Planning Commission and relevant literatures in the database,the traits and application of various new food materials were studied,collated,analyzed and summarized.Results:Different kinds of new food resources have different effects on human health,strictly manage new food materials,and further control the licensing work.Conclusion:The management plan and approval status of the current new food materials need to be strengthened.Analysis of the status quo of new food materials and their prospects for development are of great significance to human exploration of new food resources.
