摘要
本文分析了工程教育认证背景下对高校人才的培养要求,基于安徽科技学院食品工程学院食品微生物学的课程设置,通过对课程内容、教学方法与手段的研究探索,构建培养创新型工程实践人才的教学方法,将食品微生物学课程转变为适合于工程教育专业认证背景的课程体系。
This paper analyzes the requirements for the talents in Colleges and Universities under the background of engineering education certification.Based on the course of food microbiology in the college of food engineering of Anhui of science and technology university,and through the research and exploration of the course content and teaching methods,the teaching method of cultivating innovative engineering practice talents is constructed,and transformed the food microbiology course into a course system suitable for the engineering education certification.
