初探当下我国粮油质量安全防控技术研究与发展对策

Preliminary Study on the Research and Development Countermeasures of Grain and Oil Qualityand Safety Prevention and Control Technology in China at Present

粮油质量安全直接影响国内农业的可持续发展以及人民的生产生活安全。国内的粮油质量安全目前主要面临着真菌毒素污染以及食用油造假、非法添加等问题。本文对粮油质量安全现状进行研究,对国际上相应的安全发展进度、政策环境进行分析,对中国粮油质量安全技术发展现状以及所遇到的问题做出分析,从不同层面上对技术的发展趋势提出建议与意见。

The quality and safety of grain and oil directly affect the sustainable development of domestic agriculture and the safety of people’s production and life.At present,the quality and safety of grain and oil in China are mainly faced with mycotoxin pollution,cooking oil counterfeiting,illegal addition and so on.This paper studied the safety progress of grain and oil quality,analyzed the corresponding safety development progress and policy environment in the world,analyzed the present situation and problems encountered in the development of grain and oil quality safety technology in China,and put forward some suggestions and suggestions on the trend of technology from different levels.
