摘要
在现代社会,人们越来越关注食品的健康度与营养性。目前,国内食品检测技术还不够成熟,与世界核心技术还有一定距离。但是我国食品科学技术正在蓬勃发展,如基因探针法、PCR技术、免疫学方法、生物芯片技术和生物传感技术等都得到了应用。为了保证食品安全、完善食品安全体系,必需提高食品的检测精准度,努力寻找食品污染源。
In modern society,people pay more and more attention to the health and nutrition of food.Domestic food testing technology is not mature enough,there is still a certain distance from the world food safety standard testing technology.But at present,food science and technology in China is booming,and food detection technology has developed rapidly,such as gene probe method,PCR technology,immunological method,biochip technology and biosensing technology.In order to ensure food safety,perfect food safety system and improve food quality,China strives to find food pollution sources in order to improve the inspection of food.
