摘要
本文应用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定莲藕及藕粉中的砷含量,通过对样品消化量、消化温度和酸用量进行试验,得到最佳的试验前处理条件。通过精密度和加标回收试验对方法进行验证,结果表明该方法适用于对莲藕及加工藕粉中砷的检测。
In this paper,the hydride generation atomic fluorescence method was used to determine the arsenic in lotus root and lotus root powder.The best pretreatment conditions were obtained through the experiments of sample digestion,digestion temperature and acid consumption.The results show that the method is suitable for the detection of arsenic in lotus root and processed lotus root powder.
