家庭农场大型稻谷储粮仓储藏期间品质变化研究

Study on Quality Changes of Large-scale Rice Stored Grain Storage on Family Farm

针对家庭农场稻谷储藏技术落后、损失严重、品质下降等突出问题,利用本文研发的家庭农场大型稻谷储粮仓开展相关品质研究的实仓试验。结果表明,家庭农场大型稻谷储粮仓能够实现保质减损,达到安全储藏的要求。

In view of the outstanding problems of rice storage technology in family farms,serious losses,and declining quality,the large-scale rice storage granaries of family farms developed and applied were used to carry out real-life test of relevant quality research.The results show that large-scale rice storage silos on family farms can reduce the loss of quality,and meet the requirements of safe storage.
