摘要
本文探讨了青海某石煤钒矿的工艺矿物学。通过化学分析、镜下鉴定及MLA各项分析,查明了矿石中的主要矿物、有用矿物、钒的赋存状态、矿物粒度及嵌布特征。研究表明,该石煤钒矿主要有用元素为V2O5,主要含钒矿物为云母或伊利石、碳质、粘土矿物(高岭石等)中。由于含钒矿物粒度微细,该矿较适合用冶金方法提钒,选矿方法效果微弱。
The process mineralogy of a stone coal vanadium mine in Qinghai Province is discussed in this paper.Through chemical analysis,microscopic identification and MLA analysis,the main minerals,useful minerals,the occurrence state of vanadium,mineral size and distribution characteristics were identified.The results show that V2O5 is the main useful element,and the main vanadium-bearing minerals are mica or illite,carbonaceous,clay minerals (kaolinite,etc.).Because of the fine particle size of vanadium-bearing minerals,the ore is more suitable for extracting vanadium by metallurgical method,and the effect of beneficiation method is weak.
