摘要
利用化学多元素分析、化学物相分析、X 射线衍射、扫描电镜、光学显微镜等综合手段,研究某铁锰矿的工艺矿物学特性。查明了原矿石的结构构造、矿物组成、嵌布特征、粒度组成等。在查清该矿工艺矿物学特性的基础上,阐明影响选矿工艺的因素,提出选矿工艺可采用磁选抛尾-阶段磨矿-阶段选别的技术方案,为该矿的选矿提供了依据。
Through multi-element analysis,XRD,SEM,microscopic analysis and other measurement methods,the process mineralogical studies on a iron-manganese ore were carried out to identify the chemical composition,mineral composition,grain size distribution and dissemination characteristics of the ore.The factors affecting mineral processing were discovered,based on the research results of process mineralogy of the ore.The mineral processing including Magnetic tailing-stage grinding-sorting stage was proposed,which provides the basis for beneficiation of the ore.
