Pay attention to the heart damage of corona virus disease 2019

目前2019新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染的肺炎疫情进入了一个严峻且复杂的局面,疫情防控和救治形势十分严峻。现对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)病情演化规律的认识,疾病确切的发病机理,尤其是发生重症化的机理尚不完全清楚。本文从肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)通路的角度,以血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)靶点,探讨SARSCoV-2对COVID-19患者心脏损害的可能作用机制。

At present,the epidemic of pneumonia caused by SARS-CoV-2 has entered a severe and complicated situation.The situation of epidemic prevention and control and treatment is very severe.The understanding of the evolution of the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is now unclear.The exact pathogenesis of the disease,especially the mechanism of severe disease,is not fully understood.In this paper,from the perspective of Renin-angiotension system(Ras)molecular pathway,the target of ACE-2 was used to explore the possible cardiac damage and cardiovascular disease in patients with COVID-19 in SARS-CoV-2.
