对参与救治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者一线医护人员的心理压力原因分析及思考

Psychological stress analysis and thinking of the first-line medical staff involved in the treatment of corona virus disease 2019

本文对参与救治新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者一线医护人员的心理压力进行原因分析,发现医护人员对危险因素的感知水平较高;扮演角色多,任务重;与常规护理工作差异大,穿戴防护服后工作强度高,战线长;医护人员自身期望值高;患者情绪波动大,期望值较高。根据上述原因提出针对性建议,以期为救治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者一线医护人员的心理健康建设提供帮助。

In this paper,the psychological stress of the first-line medical staff involved in the treatment of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)patients was analyzed.It was found that the medical staff had a high level of perception of risk factors,played a lot of roles and had a heavy task.Compared with the routine nursing work,the work intensity was high after wearing the protective clothing,the front line was long,the expectation of the medical staff was high,the patient’s mood fluctuates greatly,and the expectation was high.According to the above reasons,some suggestions are put forward in order to provide help for the mental health construction of the first-line medical staff in the treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia.
