摘要
介绍了棉针织面料低温前处理新工艺,并与传统工艺进行对比。低温前处理工艺降低了棉精炼、漂白的处理温度,从而减少了前处理工序中电、蒸汽的消耗。实践表明:棉针织面料采用低温工艺前处理,半制品的白度、毛效与传统处理工艺基本一致,而面料失重率更低;此外,与传统前处理工艺相比,棉织物低温前处理工艺的耗电量、耗蒸汽量以及耗时分别减少了37.5%、75.6%、15.3%,在一定程度上降低了棉针织面料的加工成本。棉针织面料低温前处理工艺具有节能降耗、绿色环保的特点,在染整加工中具有广阔的应用前景。
Low temperature pretreatment of cotton fabric was introduced and compared with traditional method.Low temperature pretreatment technology reduces the treatment temperature of cotton refining and bleaching,thus reducing the consumption of electricity and steam in the pretreatment process.The practice shows that the whiteness and capillary of semi-finished products reached the same level as that of traditional method,while the weight loss had significantly decreased.In addition,compared with the traditional pretreatment process,the power consumption,steam consumption and time of the low-temperature pretreatment process of cotton fabric were reduced by 37.5%,75.6%and 15.3%,respectively,which reduced the processing cost of cotton knitted fabric to a certain extent.This low temperature scouring and bleaching process featured less energy consumption and environment protecting,and exhibited wider application prospect in dyeing and finishing.
