基于系统论对离心式压缩机振动机理诊断

摘要 通过对某输气站EB35-5型燃驱离心式压缩机启动以及运行过程出现的振动高故障,结合系统论原理分别从信号误传和设备元件故障两部分展开进行了故障机理诊断,最终确定了该机组发生高振动故障的3个关键要素。 In this paper, the high vibration faults of EB35-5 type combustion drive centrifugal compressor in a gas transmission station during start-up and operation were analyzed, and the fault mechanism diagnosis was carried out from the two parts of signal mistransmission and equipment component fault according to the principle of system theory. Finally, the three key factors for the high vibration faults of the unit were determined.
