油气田用往复压缩机无固定基础安装的结构设计及应用

摘要 阐述了油气田用固定基础及无固定基础压缩机在橇体结构及安装方面的差异,根据压缩机橇体的结构特征进行了地基土层的承载力计算,并进一步对引起压缩机振动的动载荷进行了分析核算,提出了压缩机橇体结构及安装基础结构的设计建议。 This paper described the differences in skid structure and installation of compressors with or not fixed foundations for oil and gas fields. Based on the structural characteristics of compressor skids, the bearing capacity of the foundation soil layer was calculated. The dynamic load causing compressor vibation in further was analyzed and calculated. The design suggestions of the compressor skid structure and installation foundation structure were put forward.
