智能调节在压缩机上的应用

摘要 某加氢装置新氢压缩机系统主要控制目标为使高分罐V302压力PIC304稳定,以保证进入反应系统的压力稳定,之前的低选控制方案一直不能投用,压缩机系统长期为手动调节。根据压缩机系统的运行特点及存在的问题,结合现场操作人员的日常手动调节经验及现场技术专家的经验知识,开发出新氢压缩机智能调节方案代替了原分程-选择性控制方案[1],实现了加氢装置反应系统压力的自动控制,投资小,方法简单,借鉴意义较强。 The main control objective of the new hydrogen compressor system of a hydrogenation unit is to stabilize the pressure PIC304 of V302 high separation tank, so as to ensure the pressure entering the reaction system is stable. The previous low selection control scheme has not been put into use, and the compressor system is manually adjusted for a long time. According to the operation characteristics and existing problems of the compressor system, combined with the daily manual regulation experience of the field operators and the experience and knowledge of the field technical experts, the intelligent regulation scheme of the new hydrogen compressor is developed to replace the original split selective control scheme, which realizes the automatic control of the reaction system pressure of the hydrogenation unit, with small investment, simple method and strong reference significance.
