摘要
对杜鹃组培微枝试管外生根影响因素研究的结果表明,基质类型、基质处理方法、基质含水率、生长调节剂均对生根率有很大影响。在杜鹃无菌茎芽增壮培养基中添加0.8μmol/L的2-ip培养7~8周,用300 mg/L的GGR速蘸茎芽基部,扦插在均匀拌入菌虫双杀0.84 g/L的纯草炭土中(pH值5.8,含水率75%),在室内组培驯化室进行试管外生根可得到较好的生根效果。
The results of research on influencing factors of Micro-cuttings Ex-vitro rooting of Rhododendron tissue culture showed that substrate type,substrate treatment method,substrate moisture content,and growth regulators all have a great effect on rooting rate.Add 0.8 mol/L of 2-ip to the sterile growth of rhododendron culture for 7~8 weeks.Quickly dip the base of the stem bud with 300 mg/L GGR,and cut into 0.84 g/L of double-killed bacteria pure peat soil(pH value of 5.8 and water content of 75%)can be better rooted when cultivated in an indoor tissue culture and domestication room for external rooting.
