摘要
在SIS型热熔压敏胶的基础配方中加入丁基橡胶、偶联剂、增黏树脂对其改性,通过试验研究了丁基橡胶、偶联剂、增黏树脂的种类及用量对改性SIS型热熔压敏胶性能的影响。结果表明,丁基橡胶可以改善SIS型热熔压敏胶的综合性能,溴化丁基橡胶改善效果更佳;偶联剂不会影响改性SIS型热熔压敏胶的高低温性能,但会明显提升剥离性能;萜烯树脂与加氢C5树脂复配,能使改性SIS型热熔压敏胶的综合性能得到提升。本研究制得的改性SIS型热熔压敏胶满足GB/T 23457-2017《预铺防水卷材》对自粘层的要求。
Adding butyl rubber, coupling agent and tackifier to the basic formula of SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive to prepare modified SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the influence of types and amounts of butyl rubber,coupling agent and tackifier on properties of the modified adhesive is studied by text. The results show: butyl rubber can improve the comprehensive properties of SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives and bromobutyl rubber has a better improvement effect;coupling agent will not affect the high and low temperature performance of the modified adhesive, but it will significantly improve its peeling performance;the compounding of terpene resin and hydrogenated C5 resin can improve the comprehensive properties of the modified adhesive. The modified SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared in this study meets the requirements of self-adhesive layers in GB/T 23457-2017"Pre-applied waterproofing sheets".
