针对某工业厂房保温层受损及设备管线上出现凝露、滴水现象,介绍了厂房金属屋面缺陷检测技术及系统解决方案。利用红外热成像仪判断出金属屋面的缺陷部位,再采用维修专用防水胶膜满粘系统对屋面进行整体翻修,翻修后的屋面未再出现渗漏现象,防水密封性能良好。

In view of insulation damage of an industrial plant and the phenomenon of condensation and dripping on the equipment pipeline, this article introduces defect detection technology and system solution of the metal roof. Using infrared thermal imager to determine the defective part and fully adhesive system of special repair waterproofing film to carry out the overall repairing of the metal roof. After repairing, there is no more leakage, the waterproofing and sealing performance of the roof is good.
