优秀三人板鞋竞速运动员的身体特征分析

Research on Physical Characteristics of Elite Three-Person Board-Shoes Athletes

板鞋竞速中的三人板鞋已被正式列入全国少数民族传统体育运动会的竞赛项目.为了更好地选拔运动员,赛出优异成绩,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法、数理统计法等,以贵州民族大学板鞋竞速运动队为调查对象,围绕运动员的身体形态、机能特征、素质特征展开调查与研究.研究结果表明,贵州民族大学板鞋竞速运动队是一支优秀的队伍,其队员的身体形态良好、身体机能水平超高、身体素质极强、心理素质很好.

The three-person skating has been officially included in the competition items of the national minority traditional sports association. In order to better select athletes and achieve excellent results in the competition, this paper uses the methods of literature review, expert interview, on-the-spot investigation, mathematical statistics and so on to study the physical features of the board shoe racing team members in Guizhou Minzu University. The results show that the board shoe racing team is an excellent team in this university. Its members have good physical form, super high level of physical function, strong physical quality and good psychological quality.
