学生应在学习活动中学会合作,体验合作与成功的喜悦,教师可在分组教学的基础上引入自主合作机制,巧妙创设“学习圈”,从关注差异、开展活动、竞争合作、分层评价四个方面促进学生的个性发展和学科素养提高。
