星蒌承气汤联合眼针治疗痰热腑实型中风的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction combined with eye acupuncture on treatment of hot and cold type of stroke

目的评价星蒌承气汤联合眼针治疗痰热腑实型中风的疗效。方法选取本院2018年2月至2018年12月收治的95例痰热腑实型中风患者为研究对象,根据随机原则分为两组,对照组(45例)应用星蒌承气汤治疗,观察组(50例)在对照组基础上加用眼针治疗,比较两组治疗后疗效。结果观察组治疗后的D-D水平、PCT水平低于对照组,NIHSS评分、中医症候积分低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星蒌承气汤联合眼针治疗痰热腑实型中风,可有效改善患者症状,应用效果确切可靠。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction combined with eye acupuncture in the treatment of hot and cold stroke.Methods 95 patients with hot and cold strokes admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random principle.The control group(45 cases)was treated with Xinglou Chengqi Decoction,and the observation group(50 cases)was treated with eye acupuncture to compare the therapeutic effects of different methods.Results The D-D level and PCT level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The NIHSS score and the TCM symptom score were lower than the control group.The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinglou Chengqi Decoction combined with eye acupuncture in the treatment of hot and phlegm-type stroke can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,and the application effect is reliable.
