探寻职业性急性一氧化碳中毒急性期的脑电图对于发生迟发性脑病的预测价值

摘要 目的探寻职业性急性一氧化碳中毒急性期的脑电图在迟发性脑病预测方面的应用价值。方法研究对象为本院2013年3月至2018年10月收治的35例职业性急性一氧化碳中毒患者,所有患者治疗期间实施脑电图检测,回顾性分析发生迟发性脑病与未发生迟发性脑病的脑电图改变情况。结果35例患者入院时通过脑电图检查,其中24例脑电图异常,11例脑电图正常,后期迟发性脑病患脑电图异常率高于未发生迟发性脑病患者,主要为中重度脑电图异常,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业性急性一氧化碳中毒急性期脑电图监测可作为迟发性脑病发生的预测指标,其中中重度脑电图异常更易出现迟发性脑病。 Objective To explore the application value of electroencephalogram(EEG)in predicting delayed encephalopathy in acute stage of occupational acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods 35 cases of occupational acute carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to October 2018 were studied.Electroencephalogram(EEG)was performed during the treatment of all patients,and the EEG changes of delayed encephalopathy and non-delayed encephalopathy were retrospectively analyzed.Results 35 patients were admitted to the hospital through electroencephalogram examination,of which 24 cases were abnormal electroencephalogram,11 cases were normal electroencephalogram,and the rate of abnormal electroencephalogram in late delayed encephalopathy was higher than that in patients with delayed encephalopathy,mainly moderate to severe electroencephalogram abnormalities.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion EEG monitoring in the acute phase of occupational acute carbon monoxide poisoning can be used as a predictor of the occurrence of delayed encephalopathy.Among them,abnormal moderate and severe EEG is more prone to delayed encephalopathy.
