固肾安胎方联合黄体酮对早孕先兆流产的保胎效果观察

Effect of gushen antai recipe combined with progesterone on pregnancy-threatened abortion

目的分析在早孕先兆流产中运用固肾安胎方联合黄体酮治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年12月至2018年12月收治的60例早孕先兆流产患者,采用双盲法将患者分为参照组与实验组,各30例。参照组使用黄体酮单独治疗,实验组使用固肾安胎方联合黄体酮治疗,比对两组β-HCG、孕酮、临床治疗有效率、小腹疼痛、双膝酸软、阴道出血、腰酸腹胀。结果实验组患者治疗后小腹疼痛、双膝酸软、阴道出血、腰酸腹胀、β-HCG、孕酮、临床治疗有效率与参照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后小腹疼痛、双膝酸软、阴道出血、腰酸腹胀、β-HCG、孕酮与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将固肾安胎方联合黄体酮用于早孕先兆流产患者的治疗中具有显著的临床保胎作用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of gushen antai recipe combined with progesterone in early pregnancy abortion.Methods 60 cases of early pregnancy threatened abortion patients admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected,and the patients were divided into the reference group and the experimental group by double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with progesterone alone,while the experimental group was treated with progesterone combined with gushen antai recipe.The two groups were compared with the effective rate of beta-hcg,progesterone,clinical treatment,abdominal pain,knee soreness,vaginal bleeding and abdominal distension.Results In the experimental group,patients with early pregnancy threatened abortion,lower knee pain,vaginal bleeding,bloating,bloating,gestation,progesterone,and clinical treatment were compared with the reference group data,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in abdominal pain,knee soreness,vaginal bleeding,lumbar acid abdominal distension,beta-hcg and progesterone between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Gushen antai recipe combined with progesterone treatment has significant clinical abortion effect in patients with early pregnancy threatened abortion.
