观察重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合计算机辅助认知训练对脑卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)患者认知功能及日常生活活动(ADL)能力的影响 被引量:22

摘要 目的观察重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合计算机辅助认知训练对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的认知功能及日常生活活动能力的改善效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年10月在本院治疗的脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者80例,以随机原则分为观察组与对照组,各40例。两组患者均给予常规药物治疗和常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上联合应用重复经颅磁刺激治疗和计算机辅助认知训练。结果观察组和对照组患者治疗前的MMSE评分、ADL评分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质功能等项目评分,比较差异无统计学意义;观察组患者治疗后的MMSE评分、ADL评分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质功能等各项评分均显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取重复经颅磁刺激联合计算机辅助认知训练方案对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者进行康复治疗,能显著改善患者的认知功能和日常生活活动能力,从而有效提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To observe the effects of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with computer-aided cognitive training on cognitive function and daily activities of poststroke patients with cognitive dysfunction.Methods From January 2018 to October 2018,80 patients with poststroke cognitive dysfunction were selected and they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine drug therapy and routine rehabilitation training,on which basis the observation group combined repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy and computer-aided cognitive training.Results The MMSE score,ADL score,somatic function,psychological function,social function and material function difference in the observation group and the control group were not statistically significant difference.The MMSE score,ADL score,somatic function,psychological function in observation group after treatment,social function and material function were all significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation of patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with computer-aided cognitive training can significantly improve their cognitive function and daily activities,thus effectively improve their quality of life.
