健脾摄血汤联合奥美拉唑对上消化道出血患者的有效性及患者凝血功能的影响

Effect of jianpi shexue decoction combined with omeprazole on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and coagulation function

目的探讨健脾摄血汤联合奥美拉唑对上消化道出血患者的有效性及患者凝血功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月本院收治的上消化道出血患者88例,依据不同治疗方法分成对照组与研究组,各44例。对照组应用奥美拉唑,研究组在对照组的基础上应用健脾摄血汤。观察比较两组临床资料、治疗后的相关凝血功能指标因子水平变化及临床有效率。结果两组在性别分布、平均年龄、平均出血量及出血原因方面比较差异无统计学意义。治疗前,两组的相关凝血功能指标因子水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,研究组TT、APTT、PT显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组FIB水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床有效率为95.5%显著高于对照组的84.1%(P<0.05)。结论给予上消化道出血患者使用奥美拉唑联合健脾摄血汤治疗,可显著提高患者的临床有效率,改善患者的凝血因子指标水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of jianpi shexue decoction combined with omeprazole on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and the coagulation function of patients.Methods 88 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and they were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given omeprazole,on the basis of the control group,the research group applied jianpi shexue decoction.To observe and compare the general data of the two groups.Changes and difference of related coagulation function index factors before and after treatment and clinical efficacy.Results There was no significant differences in gender distribution,average age,average blood loss and causes of bleeding between the two groups.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,TT,APTT and PT in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and FIB levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 84.1%(P<0.05).Conclusion Prilosec combined with jianpi shenxue decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficiency and improve the level of coagulation factor in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
