高职院校基层行政管理人员创新能力提升探讨

Discussion on the Improvement of the Innovation Ability of the Basic Administrative Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着《国务院关于印发国家职业教育改革实施方案的通知》的颁布,高职教育急需立足新时代进行管理创新。通过分析高职院校基层行政管理人员创新能力现状及创新能力薄弱的原因,提出解决对策,以推动我国高职教育事业的改革创新和发展,提高高职院校在国内乃至国际的影响力。

With the promulgation of the Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform,it is extremely urgent for the higher vocational education to carry out management innovation based on the new era. By analyzing the problems existing in the innovation ability of the basic administrative staff in higher vocational colleges and the reasons of their weak innovation ablility,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the reform,innovation and development of China’s higher vocational education and improve the influence of higher vocational colleges at home and abroad.
