高职院校会计人才工匠精神培育策略--以山西省高职院校会计专业为例

On Strategies of Cultivating Accounting Talents’ Spirit of Craftsmanship in Higher Vocational Colleges--A Case Study on Accounting Major in Higher Vocational Colleges in Shanxi Province

以山西省高职会计专业为例,研究如何培育具备工匠精神的会计人才,以顺应经济越发展、会计越重要的时代潮流,助力"中国制造2025"。从会计的工匠精神谈起,采用调查问卷形式分析山西省高职院校会计专业工匠精神培育现状,从4个方面探讨了高职院校培育具备工匠精神会计人才的有效途径和方法。

Taking the accounting major in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province as an example,this paper researches how to cultivate accounting talents with the spirit of craftsmanship,so as to adapt to the trend of times that the more the economy develops,the more important the accounting is,and be helpful to "Made in China 2025". Starting from the accountant′s spirit of craftsmanship,the paper analyzes the current situation of cultivating the craftsman spirit of the accounting major in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi province by means of questionnaire,and explores the effective ways and methods of cultivating the accounting talents with the spirit of craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges from four aspects.
