摘要 习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上对思想政治理论课建设作了全面部署。明确指出办好思想政治理论课(以下简称"思政课")关键在教师,对思想政治理论课教师(以下简称"思政课教师")提出了6个方面的要求,即政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正。这"六个要"具有十分丰富的理论深意和严密的结构体系,对于提升新时代思政课教育教学工作具有极其重要的理论意义,同时又可以为解决思政课教师的工作矛盾提供指导思想。思政课教师应该从理论上认识和把握"六个要"的精神内涵和具体要求。 General Secretary Xi Jinping made an overall deployment for the construction of ideological and political theory course at the forum of school teachers of ideological and political theory. It is clearly pointed out that the key to run a good ideological and political theory course(hereinafter referred to as "ideological and political course" ) lies in teachers. Six requirements are put forward for teachers of ideological and political theory course(hereinafter referred to as "ideological and political course teachers" ), as are to be strong in politics, deep in emotion, new in thinking, broad in vision, strict in self-discipline and correct in personality. The "six requirements" have very rich theoretical meaning and strict structure system, which is of great theoretical significance for the promotion of ideological and political education and teaching in the new era, and meanwhile provides guiding ideology for solving the work contradictions of ideological and political teachers. As teachers of ideological and political courses, we should understand and grasp theoretically the spiritual connotation and specific demands of "the six requirements".
