摘要 针对小型伺服仍然存在对输入信号的跟踪和响应有延迟、有滞后等缺陷,在传统的比例微分积分即PID控制的基础上引入前馈控制,并对前馈控制不同的增益大小进行了仿真分析,最终验证伺服控制系统中引入前馈控制能够有效地改善控制系统的响应速度和跟随性能,但是前馈控制器的增益选择尤为重要,在增益合理的情况下,引入前馈控制能够改善系统性能,在一定程度上满足伺服系统高速高精度控制的需求。 For the small servo,there are still some delays such as delay and lag in the tracking and response of the input signal.In this paper,the feed forward control is introduced based on traditional proportional differential integral,that is PID control.Weight gain of the feed forward control is carried out.Simulation analysis finally proves that the feed forward control introduced in the servo control system can effectively improve the response speed and following performance of the control system.However,the gain selection of the feed forward controller is especially important.When the gain is reasonable,the introduction of feed forward control can improve.The system performance meets the requirements of high-speed and high-precision control of the servo system to a certain extent.
