在职业教育创新发展行动计划的背景下,以"创新项目"为载体的"校企共建技能大师工作室"项目各项功能的建设与开发,促进了校企融合,带动了科研工作的开展。同时,有效地提升了青年教师的教科研能力、培养了"双师"型教师团队,促进了综合执教能力。它不但为工学结合教学模式的改革与探索提供了更加广阔的思路,而且成为技能与岗位对接的有效途径,进而大大提高了教学质量。

In the background of the Action Plan of Vocational Education Innovation and Development,the construction and development of the Master Studio Project based on college in cooperation with enterprise promote the integration of colleges and enterprises and improve the ability to do scientific research work.Meanwhile,the project promotes effectively young teachers’ ability of teaching and scientific research and trains double professionally-titled teachers whose comprehensive teaching ability has been developed.The project not only provides a broader thought about how to improving the teaching modes of combining work with study,but it has been an effective way of connecting skills with posts as well.With the help of the project,the quality of teaching has been improved greatly.
