现代学徒制与企业新型学徒制有效融合途径的实践研究

A Study on the Cooperation Pathways of Modern Apprenticeship and Enterprise New Apprenticeship in Practice

现代学徒制和企业新型学徒制在管理部门、参与主体和运行机制上都存在差异,在实践教学和理论教学部分各占优势,在时间、资金成本和岗位学习机会方面存在诉求。两种学徒制在标准研发、培养方案、教材开发、师资培训、课程开发、教学资源库开发与应用、实训中心、学分互认、学历证书和技能鉴定等重点工作上都有着融合的基础和利益共同点。在对现代学徒制和企业新型学徒制分析的基础上,结合国家相关政策和地方政府的功能,梳理出两种学徒制融合的框架与路径,从地方政府、职教集团、行业组织等主体的功能发挥角度阐述了现代学徒制与企业新型学徒制的融合途径。

Differences between modern apprenticeship and enterprise new apprenticeship exist in administrative department,stakeholders,operating mechanism,etc.Two modes of apprenticeships have respective advantages in on-post training and academic instruction as well as distinctions and needs in time cost,capital cost,and on-the-job learning access.There are potential base and common interests in standard developing,training schemes,teaching materials developing,teacher training,curriculum development,resources sharing,training center application,mutual credits recognition and education certification.On the basis of analysis,cooperation pathways of modern apprenticeship and enterprise new apprenticeship are constructed and the methods are proposed in the perspectives of local government,vocational group,industry association,etc..
