创新驱动战略下高校图书馆新型智库知识服务发展路径研究

Research on the Development of the Knowledge Service of the University Library's New Think-tank under the Innovation-driven Strategy

高校图书馆应明确创新驱动战略下新型智库知识服务的内涵与特点,厘清创新驱动战略与发展新型智库知识服务之间的关系。文章提出高校图书馆应以用户需求、公共利益、校企合作为发展导向,经萌芽、成长和成熟三个发展阶段,在知识咨询服务、知识支持服务、知识宣传服务、知识评价服务和发展知识产品上寻求创新,转变发展方式与模式,推动新型智库知识服务的进一步发展。

Under the innovation-driven strategy,the university library should clarify the connotation and characteristics of the knowledge service of the new think tank,and clarify the relationship between the strategy and the development of the knowledge service of the new think tank.This paper proposes that university libraries should take the needs of users,the public interest,thecooperation between schools and enterprises as the development orientation.They should seek innovation in knowledge consulting service,knowledge support service,knowledge propaganda service,knowledge evaluation service and developing knowledge product during the stages of the bud,growth and maturity,change its way and mode of development,and then promote the new type of think-tank knowledge services.
