The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI),while facilitating human life,has also brought unprecedented risks and challenges to society.Data security risks make citizens’privacy protection face new challenges;the uncertainty of algorithms will directly affect the fairness and justice of the entire society;the uncertainty of the legal status of AI makes it difficult for existing legal systems to assign responsibility to them when AI infringement occurs.Facing the challenges that may arise in the era of AI,it is urgent to establish a legal concept that meets the development requirements of the intelligent Internet era,improve the construction of relevant legal systems,clarify the legal status of AI,and determine the legal responsibility of AI.
