随着信息技术的飞速发展,移动终端已转变为新型媒体、电子商务和信息服务平台、互联网资源、移动网络资源与环境交互资源的关键入口和重要枢纽。近年来移动终端已被广泛用于医疗领域,基于移动终端的考核管理系统已逐步发展成熟,其可有效提高日常考核管理效率,减轻工作压力,提高管理质量和水平。本文首先介绍了天津某医院麻醉专业住院医师培训日常考核管理概况,在此基础上,分析了天津某医院基于移动终端的住院医师规范化培训日常考核管理系统的功能特点和应用效果,以期为移动终端在该领域的应用提供参考。

With the rapid development of information technology,mobile terminals have been transformed into new media,e-commerce and information service platforms,Internet resources,mobile network resources and environmental interaction resources as key entrances and important hubs.In recent years,mobile terminals have been widely used in the medical field.The mobile terminal based assessment management system has gradually developed and matured,which can effectively improve the daily assessment management efficiency,reduce work pressure,and improve management quality and level.This article first introduces the overview of the daily assessment management of resident anesthesiology training in a hospital in Tianjin.Based on this,the functional characteristics and application effects of the daily assessment management system for standardized training of residents in a hospital based on mobile terminal in Tianjin are analyzed.Application research in this field provides reference.
