子宫肉瘤的术前诊断研究

子宫肉瘤是一种罕见的异质性妇科恶性肿瘤,具有侵袭性强、预后差的特点,但其临床特征与良性平滑肌瘤相似,由于缺乏具有鉴别诊断意义的影像特征及肿瘤标记物,且病变未累及子宫内膜时难以微创获取肿瘤组织病理标本,术前病理确诊存在难度,最容易误诊为子宫肌瘤。因此在行子宫切除术前很难明确诊断,目前,该病的术前预测仍然是一个临床难题。本文就子宫肉瘤术前诊断指标进行综述。

Uterine sarcoma is a rare heterogeneous gynecological malignancy with strong invasiveness and poor prognosis,but its clinical characteristics are similar to benign leiomyoma,due to the lack of imaging features and tumor markers that are of diagnostic significance It is difficult to obtain minimally invasive pathological specimens of tumor tissues when the endometrium is not affected.Preoperative pathological diagnosis is difficult,and it is most likely to be misdiagnosed as uterine fibroids.Therefore,it is difficult to confirm the diagnosis before hysterectomy.At present,the preoperative prediction of the disease is still a clinical problem.This article reviews the preoperative diagnostic indicators of uterine sarcoma.
