摘要
环状RNA(circRNA)是一类由前体mRNA形成的封闭单链RNA分子,其在物种间具有高稳定性、丰富性和进化保守性。circRNA作为“分子海绵”吸附于miRNA,调控下游靶基因的表达水平,且少数circRNA还可以翻译成肽或蛋白质。研究证实,circRNA在病理状态和特定情况下表达异常,可促进或抑制肿瘤的进展,并有望成为恶性肿瘤的新型诊断标记物、分子治疗靶点和预后评估指标。本文通过对circRNA的分类、主要功能及其与妇科恶性肿瘤的关系作一综述,以期为妇科恶性肿瘤的临床诊治提供参考。
Circular RNA(circRNA)is a type of closed single-stranded RNA molecule formed from precursor mRNA,which has high stability,abundance and evolutionary conservation among species.CircRNA acts as a"molecular sponge"that is adsorbed on miRNAs,and regulates the expression level of downstream target genes.A few circRNAs can also be translated into peptides or proteins.Studies have confirmed that abnormal expression of circRNA in pathological conditions and specific conditions can promote or inhibit tumor progression,and is expected to become a new diagnostic marker,molecular therapeutic target and prognostic indicator for malignant tumors.This article reviews the classification,main functions of circRNA,and their relationship with gynecological malignancies in order to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gynecological malignancies.
