中医药治疗股骨头坏死研究

Clinical Research on Treatment of Femoral Head Necrosis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

股骨头坏死又称为股骨头缺血性坏死或股骨头无菌性坏死,是骨科常见的难治性疾病,致残率高,发病机制目前尚不明确。近年来,随着中医学的发展,中医药在治疗股骨头坏死方面取得了一定的成绩。中医治疗股骨头坏死的途径多种多样,包括内服、外敷、针灸、针刀、电针、理疗等,尤其是对早中期的股骨头坏死的治疗具有极大的优势。本文主要就股骨头坏死的中医病因病机及中医药治疗进行综述。

Femoral head necrosis,also known as avascular necrosis of the femoral head or aseptic necrosis of the femoral head,is a common refractory disease in orthopaedics,with high disability rate and unclear pathogenesis.Although the treatment of the disease by various means by western medicine has achieved a certain effect at present,with the deepening of traditional Chinese medicine's unique understanding of the disease and the application of traditional means,it has also achieved a good effect with high safety.This article will give a brief overview of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of the disease.
