Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is a dominant genetic disease that is located on the autosomal chromosome.It is mainly characterized by thickening of the left ventricle wall,often involving the ventricular septum,and a high rate of sudden death.It has attracted clinical attention.With the development of medicine and the deepening of understanding of the disease,more and more treatment methods are applied in the clinic.This article describes the drug treatment,interventional therapy,pacemaker therapy,and precision treatment of the disease,and aims to provide a reference for clinical treatment and research.
