摘要 基于某全新开发车型,在项目开发早期阶段,使用隐式参数化设计软件SFE CONCEPT,建立白车身隐式参数化模型并进行扭转刚度摸底分析,性能和质量与目标值相差甚远。在车身优化设计阶段,选取68个设计变量,包括厚度、形状、位置、截面、结构等,对这些选取的设计变量进行扭转刚度和质量的灵敏度贡献率分析,结合质量指标优化方案拓扑分析,优化后的扭转刚度提升至8080 N·m/(°),减重23.33 kg。通过实车试验,验证了隐式参数化模型的准确性,为后续项目开发提供参考,且缩短了车身车开发周期,降低了质量,节约了成本。 Based on a newly developed vehicle,in the early stage of project development,the implicit parametric design software SFE CONCEPT was used to establish the implicit parametric model of the body-in-white and a thorough analysis of torsional stiffness was conducted.The performance and weight were far from the target values.In the optimization design stage,68 design variables,including thickness,shape,location,section and structure,were selected to analyze the sensitivity contribution rate to torsional stiffness and mass of these selected design variables.Combining with the topological analysis of weight index optimization scheme,the optimized torsional stiffness is increased to 8080 N·m/(°)and the weight loss is 23.33 kg.The accuracy of the implicit parameterized model is verified by the real vehicle test,which provides reference for the follow-up project development,and the development cycle of the body car is shortened,the weight and the cost are reduced.
