摘要
PCB及PCBA作为汽车电子电气产品的关键零部件之一,产品前期的设计可靠性和后期的工艺可行性相辅相成,缺一不可。从兼容二者的构思出发,通过设计优化、工艺改进和试验验证,有效实现了产品的性能优化和质量提升。
PCB and PCBA are key parts of automobile electronic and electrical products,the design reliability in the early stage and the technology feasibility in the later stage of the product are perfectly complementary each other.From the conception of compatibility,through design optimization,technology improvement and test verification,the product performance optimization and quality improvement were effectively realized.
