摘要
分析液化天然气(LNG)汽车的经济效益,详细介绍LNG气瓶结构及工作原理,设计自增压LNG发动机供气系统,解决了LNG处于常压情况下给发动机稳定供气的问题。该系统保证LNG的压力在0.1~2.5 MPa内时,发动机都能正常工作,较带饱和压的供气系统更利于推广使用。
The economic benefits of liquefied natural gas(LNG)vehicles were analyzed,the structure and working principle of LNG cylinders were introduced in detail,and the self-pressurized LNG engine gas supply system was designed to solve the problem of supplying stable gas to the engine when LNG was under normal pressure.This system ensures that when the pressure of LNG is in the range of 0.1~2.5 MPa,the engine can work normally,which is more convenient for popularization than the gas supply system with saturated pressure.
