摘要
通过商业仿真软件计算分析了线圈匝数、驱动电流、衔铁气隙等对尿素喷嘴电磁力的影响。发现线圈匝数、驱动电流增加,静态电磁力增加;衔铁气隙对电磁力影响较大,气隙由100μm增至125μm,电磁力降低了80%;随着驱动电压增加,喷嘴动态开启时间逐渐降低。驱动电压为32 V、气隙100μm时,喷嘴开启时间仅为0.81 ms。此外,还通过高速摄像机和示波器测试喷嘴开启时间,开启时间范围为1.39~1.52 ms,均值1.48 ms,测试结果与计算值基本相同。
The effects of coil turns,driving current,armature air gap to static electromagnetic force of urea injector were analyzed through commercial simulation software.The results show that static electromagnetic force increases with coil turns and driving current.Armature air gap has a great influence on static electromagnetic force,which decreases about 80%when air gap increases from 100μm to 125μm.The open time of injector decreases with drive voltage increases.For example,open time is 0.81 ms when drive voltage is 32 V and air gap is 100μm.Also the open time was tested using high speed camera and oscilloscope,open time was arrange from 1.39 ms to 1.52 ms,the results were matched well with simulation.
