摘要
汽油发动机增压直喷小型化是许多汽车厂商为提高燃油效率而采用的关键方法,但这使发动机更易发生异常燃烧现象,例如低速早燃(LSPI),其亦可引起危害巨大的超级爆震。介绍了早燃的台架测试和判断方法,以及早燃的诱发机制、机油添加剂和燃油品质对早燃发生频次的影响。
Downsizing,turbocharged and fuel direct injection of gasoline engine are key methods adopted by many automobile manufacturers to improve fuel efficiency,but these make the engine more prone to appear abnormal combustion phenomena,such as low speed pre-ignition(LSPI),which can also cause seriously harmful super knock.The engine bench test and judgment methods of pre-ignition were introduced,as well as the inducing mechanism of pre-ignition,and the influence of oil additives and fuel quality on the frequency of pre-ignition.
