摘要
本文对已有研究进行梳理,探讨了幸福感、教师职业幸福感等核心概念的内涵,结合国内教师职业幸福感研究的最新成果,分析了中小学教师职业幸福感的影响因素,并梳理了提升中小学教师职业幸福感的可行性策略。
This paper sorts out existing studies, discusses the connotation of core concepts such as happiness and teachers’ occupational well-being, and combines the latest research results of domestic teachers’ professional happiness, analyzes the influencing factors of teachers’ occupational well-being in primary and secondary schools, and sorts out the feasible strategies to improve teachers’ occupational well-being in primary and secondary schools.
