摘要 翻转课堂是现今教学改革领域的"课堂革命",而现有研究对其学习场域的阐述颇为隐没不彰。因此,本文以管理学课堂为个案,以"场域-惯习"互动逻辑为线索,对管理学翻转课堂与传统课程的场域冲突进行反思检视。进而,本文从空间、情境、交互等多个维度建构管理学翻转课堂的学习场域,并将其知识建构过程置入所在的学习场域进行考察,揭示基于情境创设的个体知识建构、基于认知整合的组内知识建构以及基于反思内化的理论建构过程,以期克服传统课堂旧惯习的冲击,形塑新惯习与"域内"优势。 The flipping classroom is the"classroom revolution"in the field of teaching reform, and the existing research on its learning field is quite invisible. Therefore, this article takes the management class as a case and uses the interactive logic of"fieldhabitus"as a clue to reflect on the field conflicts between management flipping classroom and traditional classroom. Furthermore,the article constructs the learning field of management flipping classroom from multiple dimensions such as space, situation and interaction, and puts its knowledge construction process into the learning field to examine it. In addition, the article reveals the individual knowledge construction based on context creation, the intra-group knowledge construction based on cognitive integration, and theoretical construction process based on reflection internalization, in order to overcome the impact of traditional habits of traditional classrooms, shaping new habits and "intra-domain" advantages.
