组织社会学视阈下高校学生社团管理改革路径

Reform Path of College Student Associations Management from the Perspective of Organizational Sociology

在高校教育改革得到不断深入的过程中,学生社团逐渐在自我服务、管理、教育以及素质教育中发挥着难以替代的作用。在组织社会学视角下,学生社团既是高校开展思想政治教育的有效形式,又是校园文化构建工作的中坚力量,是学生开展"三自"教育的主要阵地。高校唯有准确抓住学生社团的特征,明确社团的作用与职能,理清学生社团在新形式下所存在的发展问题,确立社团的发展趋势,才能推进学生社团获得健康的成长。而改进并加强学生的思想政治教育体系、提升学生管理效能,能够为建设良好健康的教学环境奠定基础。本文结合学生社团的特征与功能,探析学生社团所存在的问题,并提出相关的应对对策。

In the process of deepening the reform of higher education, student associations gradually play an irreplaceable role in self-service, management, education and quality education. From the perspective of organizational sociology, student associations are not only an effective form of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, but also the backbone of campus culture construction, and the main position for students to carry out"three selves"education. Only by accurately grasping the characteristics of student associations, clarifying their roles and functions, clarifying the problems existing in the development of student associations in the new form, and establishing the development trend of student associations, can colleges and universities promote the healthy growth of student associations. To improve and strengthen students’ ideological and political education system and enhance students’ management efficiency can lay the foundation for building a good and healthy teaching environment. Based on the characteristics and functions of student associations, this paper probes into the problems existing in student associations and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
