英国BREEAM社区评价体系对我国社区级绿道规划建设的启示

The Enlightenment of British BREEAM Community Evaluation System on the Planning and Construction of Community Greenway in China

近年来,我国对社区级绿道规划建设的关注较少。而英国在绿道建设发展方面起步较早,同时,在BREEAM社区体系的评价与指导下,英国社区级绿道在建设和使用方面都取得了较好的反馈。为此,本文选取英国BREEAM社区体系中与社区级绿道建设相关的内容进行分析,以获得较高BREEAM评分的英格兰中部Castleward社区作为案例,总结得出其对我国社区级绿道规划建设的三方面启示。

In recent years, China has paid less attention to the planning and construction of community-level greenways. The UK started earlier in greenway construction and development. At the same time, under the evaluation and guidance of the British BREEAM community system, community-level greenways have achieved good feedback in terms of construction and use. To this end, this paper will analyze the content of the British BREEAM community system and the construction of community-level greenways to analyze the Castleward community in central England, which has a higher BREEAM score, and summarizes three inspirations for the planning and construction of community greenway in China.
