原南京下关候船厅建筑修缮保护及更新利用研究

Research on Conservation and Renovation of the Former Terminal Building in Xiaguan District of Nanjing

作为南京下关滨江的优秀历史建筑代表,下关码头候船厅建筑凭借其精美的细部构造及装饰成为这一历史文化街区的重要组成部分。随着滨江商务区建设项目的不断开展与深入,下关候船厅经历了由衰败到重生的重要改变。本文从建筑外观修缮、建筑结构加固及建筑内部功能更新三方面工作入手,对这座历史建筑的修缮及保护性更新工作进行研究整理,希望为今后同类型项目提供有益的思路和借鉴。

As a representative of historic buildings in Xiaguan District, the former terminal building for ships has become an important part of this historical and cultural district with its exquisite detailed structure and decoration. With the continuous development of Binjiang Business District, this building has experienced a significant change from decay to rebirth. Through three aspects including appearance repair, structural reinforcement and interior spatial update, this paper studies the conservation and renovation of this historic building, hoping to provide useful ideas for similar projects as a reference in the future.
